FITTINGĀ

The Road version kit comes set up for the most common used rubber valves (Japanese bikes) so no fiddling with other adaptors, just go ahead and fit!

For all other bikes check the instructions for which seal and nut to use.

ANGLED VALVE FITTING

When fitting the angled valves supplied in the kit, them point them towards the right hand side of the bike. This will mean when its on the side stand you will have easy access to the valves with your air chuck or pump.

SENSOR ID ACTIVATION

When first fitting the kit, the dash needs to learn the ID of the sensors fitted. To do this turn the display on to the ID screen then ride away on the motorcycle and stay above 20kph for a few minutes until the display recognises both wheels.

OPERATIONAL

To flick between the temperature and pressure screens just press the right hand button on the display.

TYRE FITTERS PLEASE NOTE!

When removing/installing tyres with sensors fitted, always-

  • Break bead away from valve area.
  • Start with tyre machine tool away from valve.
  • Do not cross valve area with tyre machine tool.

TIRE WATCH OWNERS PLEASE NOTE!

When getting a new tyre fitted remember to advise the tyre fitter that you have sensors fitted and to take care-see above.
